How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use this website, for example when you request a demo, contact support, or subscribe to product updates.

What type of information is collected from you?

We only collect primary personal data about you. The personal information we collect might include your name, work email address, phone number, organization name, the role you select, the systems you tell us about, your IP address, and information about which pages are accessed and when.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to respond to your demo, support or licensing request; to carry out our obligations arising from any contract entered into by you and us; to support the products or services you have obtained from us; to notify you of changes to our services; for product updates by email where you have opted in; and for website usage statistics.

We review our retention periods for personal information regularly. We hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or as long as set out in any relevant contract you have with us. We keep the information we use for product updates until you tell us you no longer wish to receive them; every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets a cookie, kvx_consent, to remember your choice on the cookie banner. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs without cookies and does not identify you. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you choose "Allow analytics" on the banner; you can change that choice at any time by clearing the cookie.

Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set its own cookie to tell people from automated traffic.

We also store your display mode and color preferences in the ec_appearance cookie. A local storage entry synchronizes appearance between tabs. These settings contain no personal identifier and are not used for analytics. You can clear them through your browser settings.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party service providers working on our behalf: we store form submissions in Notion and send email through Resend, both under contract to us, and we disclose only the personal information necessary to deliver the service. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.

Your choices

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@konvergex.com.

If you are dissatisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your data as per the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security precautions

When you give us personal information, we ensure the safe treatment of your data. This website is served over HTTPS only, form submissions are checked server-side, and access to the systems that hold submissions is limited to the people who handle them.

Transferring your information outside the UK and Europe
